Description:

The Retail Associate is responsible to assist the inventory and sale of merchandise as well as the associated sales and business duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with inventory management and sales for the retail shop in the Randall L. Jones Theatre, coordinating the brand-related elements with the Director of Communications. Deliver the highest possible customer experience for guests of the Utah Shakespeare Festival. Complete the protocols necessary for cash and credit card transactions at the end of each shift and the end of each day. Maintain a positive working attitude Assist with layout and display of the Randall Lobby Gift Shop Other duties as assigned and agreed upon.

Qualifications:

Highly organized individual who demonstrates the ability to work with many diverse personalities. Proven problem solving and customer-oriented service skills. Requires summer evening and weekend work throughout the year.
