Description:

The department seeks undergraduate research assistants who will be participating in a sponsored research project. The research tasks include but not limited to: - Synthesize nanostructures. - Work with nanoenergetic materials. - Develop a tool to characterize nanoenergetic materials. - Conduct data collection and analyses. - Manage lab equipment and spaces. - Report to the supervisor, weekly.

Qualifications:

The applicants need to have and demonstrate understanding of college chemistry and basic engineering principles. To be considered as an undergraduate student researcher, the applicant must have and maintain a GPA of 2.5 or better.
