Description:

Manage the general public and oversee the student ushers assigned for TDAA productions. Make sure all patrons including students have valid ID or ticket for the production. Shows patrons to seats and manages problems as they arise while maintaining a cool and calm focus on the overall patron experience. Creates nightly reports on ticket counts, timeliness of performance, and any incidents. Hours of work will depend on production schedule and performance dates.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a desire to work with the general public
  • Theater, Dance, or Arts Administration Major preferred but not required
  • Must be available evenings of performances
  • Must be highly dependable, communicative, and timely
