Description:
The Department of Aviation Sciences is seeking a student to assist with day-to-day operations. In this position, the employee will mostly assist with office duties and perform tasks associated with academic requirements of the department. The employee will facilitate various needs between campus operations and airport operations. This individual will communicate over the phone, email, and in-person with faculty, staff, and students.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience, particularly on the phone, through email, and face-to-face
- Must possess a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated to work independently or on a team +Comfort and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Canvas a plus
- Prior experience working in an office setting a plus
-Due to the technical nature of the responsibilities of this position a student involved in the aviation program is preferred.
