Description:

The Mountain Center Guest Service Coordinator will assist with the administrative functions within the Outdoor Pathways program to insure quality experiences for our guests and participants. To accomplish this, the Guest Service Coordinator will:

  1. Coordinate, respond, and communicate with Mountain Center and Sheepherder Camp guests. This can include basic cleaning and interacting with guests.
  2. Creates and processes estimates for reservations.
  3. Work with Outdoor Pathway staff to check-in and check-out Mountain Center and Sheepherder Camp guests.
  4. Maintain Mountain Center and Sheepherder Camp website with current information.
  5. Offer and create opportunities for quality customer service.
  6. Assist with Outdoor Pathway trainings, outings, marketing, public relations, and other projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Successful applicants will have:

  1. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  2. An interest in customer service and outdoor involvement.
  3. a positive, "can do" attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  4. Personal transportation and a current valid driver's license.
  5. Basic accounting skills and experience Microsoft Excel.
  6. Knowledge and experience with Google Workspace Applications.
  7. Able to perform basic cleaning and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
