Description:

Call Center Operator is a terrific Campus job for students. Right now we're hiring to fill Grave and Weekend shift positions with a few daytime hours. As a Call Center Operator, you are often the first contact callers have with the University, so we require friendly service oriented individuals. You will receive and transfer incoming calls to proper departments. You will receive some Campus emergency calls as well as campus service/maintenance calls and keep records of the calls. You will monitor Campus Fire Alarm systems. You will check on Campus boilers, take gauge readings and record. During grave and weekend shifts there is time for schoolwork once work assigned tasks are complete.

Qualifications:

  • Must be timely and task oriented person
  • Must speak, write and spell well
  • Must have good Phone etiquette
  • Must be willing to work weekends and Assigned holidays
  • Must be able to follow rules and want to learn
  • Must be comfortable working with Microsoft office Word and Excel as well as Google drives and sheets
  • Must enjoy being a team player
  • Must provide resume and references
