Description:
Call Center Operator is an integral team player in campus community support. You will be receiving and dispersing calls around campus relating to student and parent questions, maintenance needs, grounds issues, and campus safety. You will monitor campus fire alarm systems, and take boiler readings. You will help maintain records related to emergency calls and boiler readings.
The call center is open 24 hours a day every day of the year so there are a variety of shifts.

The current shifts to fill are for weekend and grave (10pm to 6am) shifts.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work weekends, some grave shifts, some holidays as assigned.
- Must have excellent telephone etiquette, legible handwriting, and pay attention to detail.
- Must be able to follow rules/protocol.
- Must have knowledge of campus.
- Must want to work.
- Need to be competent in Microsoft office word and excel, for record keeping.
