Description:

This is a position working closely with the Business Career Services Director and the Career Services Administrative Assistant in the Leavitt School of Business. The following are examples of responsibilities:

  • Check emails daily and meet with team at least twice a week.
  • Make flyers for Lunch and Learns/Networking Events
  • Attend events as needed
  • Collaborate with MBA events coordinator
  • Collaborate with Business Council and Business Clubs
  • Order food
  • Control cone check out and placement for guests at faculty request
  • Reserve rooms
  • Post events on Canvas and calendar
  • Sit on Business Council

Qualifications:

Professionalism and ability to communicate clearly with faculty and students. Knowledge of business school majors. Some graphic design knowledge. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new tasks as necessary. Commitment to working 20 hours a week.
