Description:
Under the direction of the faculty supervisor, the Marketing & Communications Assistant will collaborate with the artsFUSION team to: plan, create, collect, and post social media content for the artsFUSION program and assist in efforts to promote artsFUSION events and advocate for elementary arts education.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meet weekly with the faculty supervisor for planning and reporting.
- Occasionally attend artsFUSION events to take photos and videos for social media content.
- Create ideas for content on Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Prepare content for posting.
- Design flyers and digital marketing materials for all artsFUSION events.
- Maintain organization of the artsFUSION Photos & Videos Drive.
Qualifications:
- Registered student at SUU.
- Can come to campus for weekly meetings and occasional events.
- Demonstrated photography skills.
- Graphic design experience, social media and marketing experience preferred.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Responsive and accountable.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
