Description:

General Summary & Job description:

  • Greet students & visitors in a positive, friendly manner and perform basic receptionist duties.
  • Reception duties including: answering basic questions, answer phones, schedule appointments, complete special projects as needed, and direct people to appropriate person or department.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Programs, familiar with Adobe programs and comfortable using the Google suite.
  • Efficient with data entry, filing, web marketing resources, and handling confidential information.
  • Assist the International Recruitment Team with tasks related to the operations of communicating with students.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English and French or Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Confidential.
  • Friendly and Helpful disposition.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Punctual & Dependable.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Professional & patient demeanor to best serve the student populations.
  • Work well with others.
  • Excellent written grammar skills.
  • General knowledge and interest in SUU’s campus & student services.
