Description:
The First Year Experience team needs a videographer and video editor to help storyboard, film, and edit content for the upcoming online orientation modules. The Orientation Videographer and Editor would be primarily responsible for filming, editing and assisting members of the Aces team in storyboarding videos for the online orientation software for the upcoming fall '24 school year.
This is a great professional development opportunity and good resume building opportunity for students who want to widen their cinematographic portfolio to create professional content that will be used in a higher education setting for years to come.
*The camera, storage drives, and microphone equipment will be provided, but the computer and editing software will not.
Qualifications:

Proficient in video editing software (preferably final cut or adobe premiere pro).

Understanding in creating graphics for lower third supers, or title pages for short videos.

Proficient in working with a video camera.

Proficient in using a microphone and editing for sound quality.

Experience in storyboarding for professional projects preferred but not required.

Flexible time schedule (will work around class schedule).

Dependable and organized in keeping a schedule.
