Description:

Join the International Strategic Marketing team at Southern Utah University and assist in enhancing our digital presence and communication with prospective and current students through various digital platforms. This position involves managing prospective student communications, creating marketing content, maintaining web pages, and assisting in planning marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Manage communications with students, ensuring messages are clear and effective. 50%
  • Develop and implement content for marketing platforms, including websites and social media. 20%
  • Utilize the Slate platform (CRM) for prospective student data management. 15%
  • Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and communication strategies, and analyze marketing data to improve engagement. 15%

Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Students will receive any necessary training upon hire, including FERPA training and specific software training relevant to the role.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Experience): Expert command of the English language Proven ability to learn and comprehend new tasks quickly. Ability to think critically and analytically. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience in digital content creation and website management preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Multi-lingual (especially Spanish, French, or Arabic) Experience with multimedia content creation. * Familiarity with digital communication platforms like Gmail, Messenger, and WhatsApp.
