Description:

SUU Aviation C.O. Pilot's serve an instrumental role, acting as both a key point of contact for students during their first year of training and providing assistance during day to day operations. This position is vital in creating a welcoming environment, offering excellent customer service, supporting meaningful connections among students, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Essential Duties Include:

Receptionist duties. Welcome and direct all visitors and guests. Answer the telephone and emails. Help students make meaningful connections. Aid and facilitate the resolution of student related issues. Facilitate study sessions and plan monthly student activities. Occasional assistance with administration with student related events.

Qualifications:

Must be a student in the Aircraft Maintenance Technician Program. Successfully completed one semester of training with at least two semesters remaining. SUU GPA of 3.0 or higher. Working knowledge of Google Suite. Access to personal computer. Access to the internet. Work availability of 10-20 hours a week. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Integrity. The ability to work autonomously. Proven adaptability. Positive attitude. Professional constraint.
