Description:
- Punctuality and Professionalism: Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and maintain a professional demeanor while representing the museum.
- Visitor-Centered Approach: Prioritize the needs and interests of museum visitors, engaging them in interactive exhibits and activities to enhance their learning experience.
- Knowledge and Interpretation: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the museum's collections and effectively communicate information to visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
- Cataloging and Maintenance: Assist in cataloging and organizing the museum's collections, as well as maintaining exhibit spaces.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Actively participate in developing new exhibits, collaborating with museum staff and volunteers.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing visitor inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
