Description:
Under the direction of the House Management Supervisor, manage the general public and oversee box office and the student ushers assigned for TDAA productions. Make sure all patrons including students have valid ID or ticket for the production. Show patrons to seats and manage problems as they arise while maintaining a cool and calm focus on the overall patron experience. Creates nightly reports on ticket counts, timeliness of performance, and any incidents.
Qualifications:
- Must have a desire to work with the general public
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Theater, Dance, or Arts Administration Major preferred but not required
- Must be available evenings of performances
