Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with a wide range of printing needs, process and manage campus work orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Open and close the Copy Shop, operate cash register, handle cash and card transactions.
  • Sell and restock office and printing supplies, operate and maintain printing and copying equipment.
  • Applicants must be willing to work early mornings, evenings, Saturdays, Holidays, and Summers.
  • Hours vary from 7:45 am to 9:00 pm and are flexible within reason.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Proficient Computer Skills: Demonstrated knowledge in Windows operating systems and proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel along with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency (PC): Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Mac platform is desirable.
  • Detail-Oriented and Self-Directed: Possesses a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation.
  • Reliable and Adaptable: History of dependability, ability to effectively multitask, and a strong willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities.
  • Media Production Equipment Operation: Skilled in operating a range of media production equipment, including copy machines, laminators, binders, fax machines, and so forth.
  • Point-of-Sale and Data Entry (Helpful): Previous experience with point-of-sale (POS).
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
