Description:

  • Maintain oversight of the Leavitt Center Leadership, Executive Council, and Fellows Team.
  • Ensure that operations run smoothly, deadlines are met, and members conduct themselves in a professional manner.
  • Mediate and help resolve conflicts, discuss and consider disciplinary action if needed.
  • Prepare Center's retreats, trainings, and development activities.
  • Serve as the official representative of the Center.
  • Understands the role of the Leavitt Center in the lives of each member and student.

Qualifications:

  • THIS JOB STARTS AUGUST 2025.
  • Previous work experience in the Leavitt Center required.
  • Requires intimate knowledge of and experience with the internal structure and operation of the Leavitt Center.
  • Experience working in and managing teams.
  • knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
  • Familiarity with SUU community as well as student political beliefs.
  • Effective communication skills essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate individuals.
