Make a direct impact on graduate success while developing your own career skills!

As the Graduate Assistant, you'll manage the graduate questionnaire process by downloading and updating reports, collaborate with academic leadership to gather and share key information, and proactively connect with new graduates via phone, text, email, and web research to collect data on their employment and continuing education. You'll also maintain spreadsheets and create compelling reports for campus stakeholders. You may also contribute to the planning and execution of career fairs and other center initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Must be tech savvy: Requires high proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite (Google Apps), especially spreadsheets.
  • Analytical skills: Must be able to examine and sort large amounts of data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate effectively via email, phone, and in person.
  • Proven ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Take data and extrapolate information to create reports

This position is for Summer Semester 2025 through Spring 2026 and will start immediately
