Description:

About: Southern Utah University’s Regional Services Office is hiring talented students to join the creative team powering the One Utah Summit — the state’s premier business and leadership event, hosted October 6–8, 2025, at SUU.

You'll work under the guidance of Regional Services’ Communications & Media Manager to help deliver a high-quality event experience by designing digital and print materials and collaborate with other interns to design branded event assets. This internship offers the chance to build your resume, portfolio, and professional network through real-world creative production and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Work independently and collaboratively with a creative team.
  • Manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Gain hands-on skills in communications, design, marketing, video, photo, event operations, and more.
  • Participate in monthly luncheons and professional development sessions.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a creative field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere, Rush, Photoshop).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and dedication to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with social media and web design a plus.
