Southern Utah University’s Regional Services Office is hiring talented students to join the creative team powering the One Utah Summit — the state’s premier business and leadership event, hosted October 6–8, 2025, at SUU.

You'll work under the guidance of Regional Services’ Communications & Media Manager to help deliver a high-quality event experience by creating a seamless user experience for attendees through thoughtful layout, design, and testing of digital event tools. This internship offers the chance to build your resume, portfolio, and professional network through real-world creative production and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Design app wireframes using Figma.
  • Upload and manage content to Guidebook App: schedule, speakers, bios, sponsors, etc.
  • Ensure smooth attendee app experience.
  • Conduct user testing and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate data collection with the team.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in UX/UI or related field.
  • Proficient in Figma and/or Guidebook.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and design sensibility.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
