Southern Utah University’s Regional Services Office is hiring talented students to join the creative team powering the One Utah Summit — the state’s premier business and leadership event, hosted October 6–8, 2025, at SUU.

You'll work under the guidance of Regional Services’ Communications & Media Manager to help deliver a high-quality event experience by capturing, editing, and delivering key event and behind-the-scenes moments through photography. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and real-time media production. This internship offers the chance to build your resume, portfolio, and professional network through real-world creative production and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Take candid and posed event photos.
  • Shoot behind-the-scenes planning and venue setup.
  • Work with media team to post in real-time on social media.
  • Select and edit evergreen images for post-event use.
  • Provide headshots and images for speaker media kits.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in photography using DSLR cameras and iPhones.
  • Skilled in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of event and candid photography.
  • High attention to detail and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to move quickly and work under pressure.
