Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with a wide range of printing needs, process and manage campus work orders efficiently and accurately.
Resoposibilities:
- Open and close the Copy Shop
- Operate cash register, handle cash and card transactions.
- Sell and restock office and printing supplies.
- Operate and maintain printing and copying equipment.
Applicants MUST be willing to work early mornings, evenings, Saturdays, Holidays, and Summers.
Hours vary from 7:45am to 9:pm and are flexible within reason.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional Customer Service: Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Proficient Computer Skills: Demonstrated knowledge in Windows operating systems and proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel along with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency (PC): Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with Mac platform is desirable.
- Detail-Oriented and Self-Directed: Possesses a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation.
- Reliable and Adaptable: History of dependability, ability to effectively multitask, and a strong willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities.
- Media Production Equipment Operation: Skilled in operating a range of media production equipment, including copy machines, laminators, binders, fax machines, and so forth
- Point-of-Sale and Data Entry: Previous experience with point-of-sale (POS)
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
