Description:

This position will assist with the creation and editing of multimedia videos and audio, including assisting with shooting, recording, and editing of videos/audio, as well as artwork and animation for the Center for Teaching Innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Multimedia Team with various tasks with shooting videos, recording/editing audio, editing video, and creating art and animation
  • Assisting Multimedia Team with creation and editing for tutorial videos
  • Assisting office staff with varying projects and using a wide range of technology
  • Creating promotional materials
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe creative suite (Premiere, Audition, Photoshop, After-Effects etc.)
  • Experience editing and manipulating audio in digital audio workstations (DAWs) like Protools, Logic Pro, Adobe Audition, or Fl Studio
  • Experience using microphones, audio interfaces, cabling etc. needed for capturing audio
  • Professionalism, including strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation to work independently or as a member of a team
  • Willingness to learn new technology skills
  • Ability to easily switch between tasks and prioritize multiple projects
