Hours vary from 7:45am to 9:pm and are flexible within reason.

Resposibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with a wide range of printing needs, process and manage work orders efficiently and accurately.
- Open and close the Copy Shop, operate cash register. Sell and restock office and printing supplies, operate and maintain printing and copying equipment.
Qualifications:
Customer Service: A friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor is vital for building and maintaining client relationships. This includes actively listening to customer needs and providing clear explanations of printing processes and options.
Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Acrobat, Photoshop, and InDesign is a must for preparing files for print, making adjustments, and even some design work. Familiarity with PDF workflow is also highly valued.
Attention to Detail: In the world of printing, precision is everything. A keen eye for catching errors in text, color inconsistencies, or alignment issues can save significant time and resources.
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: The ability to diagnose and resolve issues with equipment or print files is a highly sought-after skill. A calm and logical approach to unexpected challenges is invaluable.
Time Management and Organization: The Copy Shop is often fast-paced with a deadline-driven environment. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a tidy workspace is crucial for efficiency.
Communication and Teamwork: Clear and effective communication with colleagues, supervisors, and clients is essential to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. A collaborative spirit and the willingness to assist others are key to a successful team.
Media Production Equipment Operation: Skilled in operating a range of media production equipment, including copy machines, wide format printers, laminators, binders, fax machines, and so forth.
Point-of-Sale and Data Entry: Previous experience with point-of-sale (POS) .
Physical Capability: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
