Description:

This position will assist the Associate Vice President for International Affairs and the region's recruiter for International Affairs with recruitment follow up for prospective students, data dissemination, and occasional budget assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment follow up for prospective students through various social media platforms
  • Data dissemination of students through Slate in the various stages of academics (prospective, application, admits, enrolled)
  • Occasionally provide SUU Campus tours for international visitors
  • Support and/or facilitate innovative marketing, social media, and other outreach initiatives.
  • Special projects including event assistance and itinerary for international visitors, conferences, etc.
  • Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, transfer calls.

  • Familiar with Excel, Adobe, Slate, Banner, Google suite
