Description:

Provide exceptional customer service, assist with a wide range of printing needs, process and manage work orders efficiently and accurately. Applicants MUST be willing to work early mornings, evenings, Saturdays, Holidays, and Summers. Hours vary from 7:45am to 9:pm and are flexible within reason.

Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the Copy Shop.
  • Operate cash register.
  • Sell and restock office and printing supplies.
  • Operate and maintain printing and copying equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and professional.
  • Expertise in Acrobat, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting.
  • Time Management & Organization able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Skilled in using copy machines, wide-format printers, laminators, binders, and fax machines.
  • Previous experience handling transactions and entering data accurately.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
