Description:

Students will get first hand experience with DI Athletics. They will learn the behind the scenes of collegiate sports and what it takes to create unique content that represents a brand. Students will be required to work home athletics events. This means that most of the hours will be nights and weekends. Interns will also be shooting video and social media content. This content will be utilized to further the brands reach. Content will also be pushed out for student-athlete personal use.

Qualifications:

This internship is part of the Fall 2026 Professional Internship Program. To be eligible for the program you must:

  • Be enrolled as an SUU student during the course of the internship.
  • Have and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Be willing to work 10 to 20 hours per week.
  • Provide thoughtful responses in your application.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Personal equipment is preferred (ie. camera, lenses, etc.)
  • Knowledge of editing software is required.
  • Seeking Communications, Marketing, and Sports Media majors
