Description:
Under the direction of the House Management Supervisor, manage the general public and oversee box office and the student ushers assigned for TDAA productions.
Responsibilies:
- Make sure all patrons including students have valid ID or ticket for the production.
- Show patrons to seats and manage problems as they arise while maintaining a cool and calm focus on the overall patron experience.
- Creates nightly reports on ticket counts, timeliness of performance, and any incidents.
- Hours scheduled each semester with consideration of the student's class schedule and are limited to production schedule.
Qualifications:
- Must have a desire to work with the general public
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Theater, Dance, or Arts Administration Major preferred but not required
- Must be available evenings of performances.
