Description:
Paint mechanical rooms in campus buildings including the painting of mechanical equipment and piping.
Responsibilities:
- During cold months, take interval gauge readings on the campus boiler system.
- Write short incident reports.
- Address frequently asked questions.
- Complete additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Painting experience preferred.
- Must be able to work from ladders and distinguish colors giving attention to detail.
- Must complete safety trainings.
- Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
