Description:

The Graphic Artist helps produce printed publications for the Utah Shakespeare Festival and graphic elements for the Festival website. - With direction, design the print and digital materials for the Utah Shakespeare Festival, including souvenir programs, billboards, season brochures, advertising, newsletters, direct mail pieces, fundraising brochures, banners, displays, and more. - Report directly to the Festival Publications Manager and work closely with the Festival’s Communications Department and other Festival personnel to ensure that all media, electronic and print, meet the needs of various departments and enhance the stated goals of the Festival, the season’s marketing plan, and the Festival’s theme and visual identity.

Qualifications:

  • A strong working knowledge of and experience in graphic design, production, layout, and digital design.
  • Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite software (especially Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and other graphic design related software.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in Squarespace web content management system and Basecamp project management system preferred.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
