SUU Marketing Communication office is seeking a creative, motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our fun and fast-pace work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, work independently and in a team, and the ability to write current, relevant content for a variety of channels including web, social and print. This is an excellent opportunity for students to get hands on experience while developing their communication skills.
Job responsibilities:
Develop original content for web, social and print
Write press releases, blogs, and social media posts
Conduct research and interviews
Create and maintain relationships with students, faculty, staff and the community
Qualifications:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of AP writing style
Attention to detail and dedication to quality
The ability to multitask and prioritize high-level projects in a deadline driven environment
Proactive self-starter
