Description:
Assist that International Student and Scholars Services Staff (ISSS) with support for prospective and current international students and scholars. In doing this you will provide customer service in person, by phone and through email from the International Admissions Office. You will process requests, applications and supporting documents using the Banner and BMI Scan systems, along with other data processing systems. You will create documents, files, spreadsheets and provide data support for agents, recruiters and ISSS staff.
Qualifications:
Customer service, computer, phone, data input, and general clerical skills needed. You must possess a high attention to detail and critical thinking skills, be self-motivated and be willing to take on individual responsibilities as well as be a team player. You must be culturally sensitive. Must be able to work at least 2 hrs per shift, M-F between 7 AM and 7 PM.
