Description:

Seasonal positions are available in both House Management and Ticket Office, employment term would be May-October. All positions include some ticket benefits and discounts.

All guest services employees will be required to work on-site and abide by organization-established guidelines to protect against and limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus (including, but not limited to, proper mask-wearing, engaging in appropriate cleaning and sanitation of work spaces and shared supplies, etc.)

  • While we prefer all employees to be vaccinated, it is not contingent on hiring. However, vaccination status may impact work locations and assignments.

House Management Duties Include:

  • Most shifts are between 4-6 hours long between 11:00am-11:30pm. Work during evenings, weekends, and holidays expected.
  • Must attend training in May/June.
  • Move stanchions and signage, stock publications, and other light custodial duties.
  • Prepare theaters and manage crowds prior to, during, and after each performance.
  • Ticket scanning.
  • Work closely with volunteers and stage management to help guests and run each performance.
  • Serve as a point of assistance and information for guests on-site.
  • Assist with season set up, clean up, and attend monthly scheduling meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Ticket Office Duties Include:

  • Most shifts are between 4-5 hours long, taking place between 9:00am-8:15pm. Work during evenings, weekends, and holidays expected.
  • Must attend training in May/June.
  • Using ticketing software to sell, exchange, and return tickets both in-person and over-the-phone.
  • Prepare ticket orders for mail or will call.
  • Move stanchions and signage, stock publications, and other light custodial duties.
  • Serve as a point of assistance and information for guests on-site.
  • Assist with season set up, clean up, and attend monthly scheduling meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Must work well with deadlines
  • Must contribute as a member of a team
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays (Independence Day, Pioneer Day, Labor Day)
  • Applicants who cannot attend training or require extended periods of leave will not be considered
