THIS INTERNSHIP IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE WORK STUDY ELIGIBLE

The Intergovernmental Internship Cooperative (IIC) is seeking a work study eligible student to produce graphic design materials and social media content. Successful candidates should have some experience designing printed content such as posters, pamphlets, simple publications and more. Experience in photo editing, writing, and utilizing social media sites for recruitment and marketing purposes is also ideal.

In addition to graphic design and online marketing, this position may also occasionally assist in person with the IIC’s recruiting and training events. To learn more about the iic visit suu.edu/iic/

The starting date for this position is on or after November 15th and will continue through the spring semester at 15 – 20 hours per week based on funding.

Qualifications:

  • MUST BE WORK STUDY ELIGIBLE- Make sure that you visit the SUU financial aid office and ask how much work study funding you are eligible for.
  • The ability to create compelling content using Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin.
  • A solid grasp of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and and/or a similar design platforms such as Visme or Canva.
  • The ability to take initiative and stay organized.
  • Experience with word and excel.
  • Strong spelling, grammar and writing skills. **
