Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to provide excellent guest service while working in a very fast paced environment.
  • Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers.
  • Proper cash handling including, greeting and service guests at the registers, taking orders, and accepting payments, handling cash, debit and credit cards.
  • Participate in the set-up of concession stands, arrange inventory of supplies, and communicate shortages of deficiencies.
  • Stock and restock items as necessary.
  • Adherence to a uniform/costume policy and grooming standards must present a neat, professional appearance.
  • Insure all sanitation procedures are followed relating to all local licensing regulations.
  • Perform clean-up duties after each shift and ensure that concession areas are sanitized and organized.
  • Expected to provide excellent guest service skills to enhance customers experience and meet the needs of customers with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior food or retail experience is preferred but not necessary, including POS systems and cash handling.
  • Expected to be able to communicate clearly with patrons about customer services, products, and programs.
  • Have current food handlers permit or obtain a food handlers permit within the first 15 days of hiring.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand, stooping, and bending for long periods of time.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment.
  • Have the ability to multitask and be self motivated.
