The Community & Professional Development department is currently seeking applications for a Programs Assistant. This position offers great networking opportunities with high-profile leaders throughout the state and event planning experiences. This position will assist the program manager in data management, budgeting, and student support.

Responsibilites:

  • Assist with maintaining department registrations, applications, and reports.
  • Administrative office duties as needed, including providing excellent customer service both in person, by email, and on the phone.
  • Providing event and conference assistance including coordination, set-up, registration, and take-down.
  • Attending community education classes to introduce the instructor, take roll, and bring supplies.
  • Willing to work occasional weekend and evening events.
