Description:

SUU Aviation C.O. Pilot's serve an instrumental role, acting as both a key point of contact for students during their first year of training and providing assistance during day to day operations. This position is vital in creating a welcoming environment, offering excellent customer service, supporting meaningful connections among students, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Essential Duties Include:

  • Receptionist duties.
  • Welcome and direct all visitors and guests.
  • Answer the telephone.
  • Receive packages.
  • Help students make meaningful connections.
  • Aid and facilitate the resolution of student related issues.
  • Plan monthly student events.
  • Occasional assistance with marketing related events.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a rated pilot if in the professional pilot program.
  • Successfully completed two semesters of training with at least two semesters remaining.
  • SUU GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Access to personal computer.
  • Access to the internet.
  • Work avaibility of 10-20 hours a week.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Integrity.
  • The ability to work autonomously.
  • Proven adaptability.
  • Positive attitude.
