Description:
SUU Aviation C.O. Pilot's serve an instrumental role, acting as both a key point of contact for students during their first year of training and providing assistance during day to day operations. This position is vital in creating a welcoming environment, offering excellent customer service, supporting meaningful connections among students, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Essential Duties Include:
- Receptionist duties.
- Welcome and direct all visitors and guests.
- Answer the telephone.
- Receive packages.
- Help students make meaningful connections.
- Aid and facilitate the resolution of student related issues.
- Plan monthly student events.
- Occasional assistance with marketing related events.
Qualifications:
- Must be a rated pilot if in the professional pilot program.
- Successfully completed two semesters of training with at least two semesters remaining.
- SUU GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite.
- Access to personal computer.
- Access to the internet.
- Work avaibility of 10-20 hours a week.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Integrity.
