Description:

  • Help plan, communicate, market, oversee, and manage event details for Middle School STEAM Nights, Teen STEM in the Field Events, and the State Science Fair and Science Olympiad Competitions

  • Assist with other STEM events including field trips, Wonder Wednesday, and Toddler Tuesday, and Elementary School STEAM nights

Positions available for work-study and non work-study students

Qualifications:

  • Event management experience preferred

  • Proficient in Google Workspace

  • Must be able to pass a background check through ICSD

  • Dependable and punctual, friendly, good communication skills a must

  • Must be able to maintain a clean and neat, professional appearance

Additional Information: schedule is flexible during the day for office work, most Thursday evenings required at events with occasional Saturday work for events
