Description:
Registration Clerks aid full-time staff members with a variety of office duties.
They will serve students and other guests at the front counter, aid in document imaging, data input, and answering phone calls and emails.
They may also be asked to specialize in other tasks applicable to the Registrar's Office such as transcript articulation and scheduling.
Qualifications:
Be available for weekly or monthly training meetings.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Computer skills and experience beyond Microsoft, Google, and the University Banner System
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Ability to communicate professionally.
Work well in a team setting.
Willing to learn new skills.
Be self-motivating to complete complex tasks.
Strong problem solving skills are required.
Reliable and punctual.
