Description:
General office duties, including:
- Greet visitors
- Answer phones,
- Assist students and visitors,
- Update and maintain student registration and other records
- Email
- Copying
- Occasionally assist teachers in the classroom
- Uphold and explain all program policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Ability to work with international students who have limited English
- Utility with Banner, MS Office and Google suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Commitment and ability to maintain the confidentiality of student information
- Available to begin work immediately after hire and to continue at least through Spring 2025 Semester
- Preferred: bilingual
- Preferred: Valid driver's license and ability to pass motor pool safe driver exam
