Description:
Assist the marketing team in promoting the Utah Shakespeare Festival through social media, email, and paid advertising contracts. Gain hands-on experience creating a season marketing campaign for a professional theatre company.
This internship is part of the Spring 2025 Professional Internship Program. To be eligible for the program you must:
- Be enrolled as an SUU student during the course of the internship.
- Have and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Be willing to work 10 to 20 hours per week.
- Provide thoughtful responses in your application.
Responsibilities:
- Develop social media content and assist with email campaigns.
- Assist in email campaign creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Monitor audience engagement and assist with data analysis.
- Coordinate meetings with advertising partners.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and writing skills, especially for digital content.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for theatre and arts marketing.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative environment."
