Description:

Assist the marketing team in promoting the Utah Shakespeare Festival through social media, email, and paid advertising contracts. Gain hands-on experience creating a season marketing campaign for a professional theatre company.

This internship is part of the Spring 2025 Professional Internship Program. To be eligible for the program you must:

  • Be enrolled as an SUU student during the course of the internship.
  • Have and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Be willing to work 10 to 20 hours per week.
  • Provide thoughtful responses in your application.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop social media content and assist with email campaigns.
  • Assist in email campaign creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor audience engagement and assist with data analysis.
  • Coordinate meetings with advertising partners.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and writing skills, especially for digital content.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for theatre and arts marketing.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative environment."
