Description:

The Utah Shakespeare Festival is looking for reliable individuals to assist with road barricading. This role involves setting up A-frame barricades and detour signs prior to performances and taking them down after the show concludes. The selected candidates will also be stationed at the barricades to monitor traffic and prevent vehicles from entering restricted areas. Employment for this position will run from approximately June 15th to September 6th. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, from approximately 7:30 P.M. to 11:45 P.M. (with some flexibility in timing).

Qualifications:

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and possess a current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and communicate effectively using handheld radios with other barricade workers. We are seeking individuals who are highly dependable, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to performing their duties responsibly.
