Description:
Registration Clerks aid full-time staff members with a variety of office duties. They will serve students and other guests at the front counter, answer phone calls and emails, aid in document imaging/scanning, and data input. They may also be asked to specialize in other tasks applicable to the Registrar's Office such as transcript articulation and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Computer skills and experience beyond Microsoft, Google, and the University Banner System
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to work well in a team setting and individually
- Be willing to learn new skills and ask questions
- Be self-motivated to complete complex tasks
- Strong problem solving skills
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be available for monthly training meetings
