Description:

The University Housing Maintenance crew will perform general maintenance and repairs for University Housing buildings and equipment. Crew will perform general maintenance and help department staff with larger maintenance projects as they arise. Responsibilities may include appliance repairs; window, wall, and floor repairs; repairing broken door, locks etc. May be required to work weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred previous experience in maintenance and repairs.
  • Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and other maintenance workers.
  • Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
  • Ability to use tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have good work ethic, self starter, punctual, dependable.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
