Description:
Research Analytic Interns will serve as a part of an innovative research analytic team to support data-driven projects initiated by the Provost’s Office at Southern Utah University. Interns will use data analysis, artificial intelligence, and operations research to help improve institutional processes, solve complex problems, and complete high-impact special projects. Interns will report to the SPARC Data Scientist and collaborate with campus partners as required.

- Econometrics
- Statistical Modeling.
AI Power User:
Has applicable experience using artificial intelligence tools and concepts beyond casual use - including
- Familiarity with key ideas such as large language model
- Prompt engineering
- Tokenization
- API usage.
