Verify things are signed off in accordance with FAA Regs - keep everything legal
Verify next due times are correct
Verify maintenance items are tracking correctly

Check for math errors/sign off errors
Audit aircraft logbooks and drawers
Keep all forms, documents, checklists, etc. up to date
