Description:

  • Aid the Executive Assistant to the President in managing the affairs of the Board of Trustees, including meeting arrangements, agenda preparation, and other related tasks
  • Assist with meeting set-ups, website updates, public notices, and other administrative support
  • Support the planning and coordination of office meetings and luncheons
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
  • Welcome the general public to the President's office suite, providing a warm and professional first impression for guests of the following offices: President's Office, Provost's Office, and the VP of Finance and Administration
  • Manage shopping and stocking of office supplies
  • Ensure the care and upkeep of the general office environment
  • Complete other administrative tasks as needed by the President's Suite

Qualifications:
