Description:

The Tutoring Center Marketing Intern will work closely with professional staff to create and deploy online and on-campus marketing campaigns and plan Tutoring Center events.

The Marketing Intern will be responsible for creating a long-term marketing plan for the Tutoring Center, overseeing the Tutoring Center's social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram), creating digital and print marketing materials, attending frequent tabling events, and planning events to promote the Tutoring Center.

This internship is part of the Fall 2026 Professional Internship Program. To be eligible for the program you must:

Responsibilities:

  • Be enrolled as an SUU student during the course of the internship.
  • Have and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Be willing to work 10 to 20 hours per week.
  • Provide thoughtful responses in your application.

Qualifications:

  • 3.0 GPA
  • Junior or Senior
  • Majoring in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality Management, or a related major
  • Substantial coursework completed in marketing and event planning
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3.5 GPA
  • Submission of portfolio or relevant work
