Description:

The individual in this role will work closely with the UCRH staff and the Pre-Dental Program Coordinator to ensure the smooth functioning of the day-to-day operations of the Rural Dental Recruitment Program. This position plays a crucial part in supporting the program’s mission to recruit and retain future dental professionals in rural communities. You will also be responsible for completing specific tasks and assignments aligned with the work plan requirements outlined by the program’s funding source. This is a remote position that will require traveling between 18 rural counties in Utah.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with program participants, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet the program’s objectives.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks and project management.
  • Experience in a healthcare is required
