Must Fill out Lions Club Scholarship Application with Essay on service provided to the Lions Club. Student must be active member of the Lions Club. A rep. from Cedar City Lions Club to assist with selection. Awarded to freshman, sophomore, junior or senior students with a 2.0 GPA.
